The piano arrived about a half hour after I sent the e-mail. Our daughter, Jennifer, had a piano when she as a little girl and loved to sit and play. Years
later we bought an Aerosonic which she took lessons on. Now when our granddaughter, Meghan, comes to visit she loves to sit and play. Although
she is only 1 1/2 she takes her grandpa by the fingers to sit with her. They play the old standby "Chopsticks." Now she will have her own piano at her
house in Rhode Island.

Just wanted to let you know that the piano arrived a week ago. It is a
fabulous and beautiful instrument that we'll be able to use for years. I wish

grand Steinway piano. It is indeed the piano of my dreams. I must tell you
that I never imagined that I would locate exactly what I was looking for
through the internet and have the entire experience be such a joy. We had

Dear Bruce and Lori -
I wholeheartedly recommend All About Pianos for your purchase! I bought a
used Yamaha Grand from them in late 1998 and it was an excellent experience
and well worth the trip. I had been searching for a piano for some time and
found All About Pianos on the internet and contacted Louis by email. He
seemed very knowledgeable, and located a piano that fit my needs and price
range pretty quickly. He also gave me the name of a local couple in San Jose
(where we live) who had bought from him. I got in touch with them and they
gave him a rave, too. I visited their home and saw the piano, a Yamaha grand
with a disklavier system -- Louis had personally delivered it, set it up and
tuned the piano for them, and he said he could do the same for me. Pam (the
woman) had flown from San Jose to Bozeman, Montana (where their main showroom
was at the time) and she said she was treated very well and really enjoyed
the trip.
So a few weeks later I flew up to Montana, was met at the airport, taken to
lunch, to the AAP showroom where I had plenty of time to play the pianos, and
then shown around town. I was very pleased with the piano that Louis had
picked out for me, it was a beautiful 1988 ebony Yamaha 5'8" grand and in
excellent condition, and I put down a deposit. Louis delivered the piano to
our home in San Jose about a month later, set it up and tuned it. He's very
professional and also very likeable, you'll enjoy the experience of working
with him. I was very impressed with his knowledge and couldn't be happier
with the piano. People still think it's brand new. The price was very
competitive, and the savings in sales tax (there is none in MT) more than
paid for my trip.
Again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All About Pianos and Louis
