Shipping Information

Suzuki Digital Pianos : Include free shipping to any city in the lower 48 states.

Casio keyboards, digital pianos and accessories: Include free UPS Ground shipment to the lower 48 states and USPS delivery to FPO/APO addresses. (At this time we do not offer shipping outside the U.S.) Shipments to FPO/APO addresses may require a shipping charge if your instrument weight and dimensions exceed USPS limits. All orders to Hawaii and Alaska addresses will require a shipping charge. Email us for more information.

Return Policy
We accept returned, undamaged merchandise when shipped within 10 days of the date of receipt, prepaid and insured in the original box(es) with all original parts and literature. The actual cost of shipping your order to you will be withheld from your refund. Please call ahead to 1-800-319-0066 if a return is necessary.

Warranties
In case of failure of the product upon receipt, you may return it at our expense for a replacement. Please call 1-800-319-0066 if this problem occurs. If the product otherwise fails within the twelve month warranty period, contact the manufacturer's technical support division.
